Gift Opportunities
The UNCG Guarantee ensures academic access for students with the greatest need. It gives students from families who are at or below the poverty level ($22,050 for a family of four) the opportunity to graduate with little or no debt in four years.
The UNCG Guarantee is more than an outstanding financial aid package for those who qualify; it is also a support program that provides a variety of opportunities and services to enhance scholars' academic achievement, leadership skills, and personal success.
Phase one of the UNCG Guarantee Program will provide support for 38-40 first-year students. Given current resources, the program will have an initial capacity of 130-140 scholars over 4 years. This represents Guarantee support for just 12% of students who meet eligibility requirements.

Establish a UNCG Guarantee Endowed Fund
Donors may create a named endowment to support the UNCG Guarantee with a minimum gift of $50,000. Income from the endowment will support both the scholarship and academic success components of the program.
Contribute to the General UNCG Guarantee Fund
Gifts of any size can be made to this fund. Your gift will make an immediate impact and will give the Financial Aid Office the flexibility to use gifts to help as many students as possible.
Guarantee Giving Society
Donors who give at least $1,000 a year for 3 years will be part of the Guarantee Giving Society.
